People on average only utilize 30% of their lung capacity. That is a lot of wasted oxygen that could be enriching your blood and, more importantly, you brain.
I have alarms set every day for 11:00am and 2:00pm to take a few minutes for deep breathing exercises. I don’t meditate or anything, I simply chill in front of some stock charts and breath deeper than usual.
I also do this before big news releases, such as today’s FOMC Announcement. Reason being, it gets my blood flowing, heightens my senses, and helps me make better trading decision.
Like I said, this may sound totally lame, but I don’t really care. I’m here to share things with you that help me be a better trader and this is one of them. Give it a try, or laugh it off . The choice is yours.

Definitely. If I don’t use alerts, my consistency quickly falters. It’s too easy to forget about something small like this.
